Heating Wire
NOCKERS ENGINEERING PRODUCTS are suppliers of resistance and heating wires in Nickel-Chrome (Ni80Cr20), Iron-Chrome-Aluminium (OCr23Al5) and copper-nickel alloys. We stock these materials in many diameters for the manufacture of industrial heaters, consumer products, underfloor heating and manufacture of wire wound resistors.
We also offer a specialized range of Resistance and Thermocouple wires for the development of precision heating coils for the Electrofusion industry, precision resistors, and for the manufacture of High Accuracy Test and Measurement Instruments.
We can supply materials for Research and Development programmes in both pre-production trial quantities and production batches, including:
- Copper Nickel and Nickel Chrome wire in small selected quantities at down to +/-1% resistance tolerances.
- High accuracy matched thermocouple positive and negative leg wires in most alloys.
- Difficult to find alloy and wire gauge combinations.
